Valen's DLV wrap material comes from a large number of highly reputable foil manufacturers, providing an infinite range of realistic wood grains, solid colors, metallics and abstract patterns. All of these are available in a wide range of stain colors and gloss levels. DLV wrap material is very durable and will vary in thickness from 4 mil to 17 mil. Composition of wrap material will range from paper, to polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
Custom design doors with custom colors and woodgrains are available subject to additional lead time and minimum quantity requirements.
Substrate Specification
Unless otherwise specified, all substrate will be Class E1 / CARB 2 Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF). Thickness will vary depending on specified application.
