This revolutionary new material bridges the gap between thermofoil and painted or lacquered wood providing crisp, clean styling with a high quality finish. Because all doors are frame doors, built from 5 pieces, woodgrain direction runs in two directions, just like on real wood frame doors, for maximum realism.

What exactly is DLV?
Valen's DLV wrap material comes from a large number of highly reputable foil manufacturers, providing an infinite range of realistic wood grains, solid colors, metallics and abstract patterns. All of these are available in a wide range of stain colors and gloss levels. DLV wrap material is very durable. Composition of wrap material will range from paper, to polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
Substrate Specification
Unless otherwise specified, all substrate will be CARB 2 Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF). Thickness will vary depending on specified application.
