• Valendrawers and Licar USA are teamed to produce DLV doors in the Valendrawers facility in Lexington, NC. Valendrawers has over 20 years of manufacturing experience in the USA.
• DLV products are both stocked and built at Valendrawers, which is equipped with highly flexible and technologically advanced DLV production machines to enable a fast response.
• The Valendrawers warehousing spaces complete the overall program and allow excellent coordination between Italian and USA production.
• Valendrawers is expert in the quick turn-around of custom dimension drawers and doors. Our QuickShip drawer program was the first of its kind in the industry. DLV doors are now offered in our Valendoor QuickShip standard program.
• Licar is one of the most important producers of furniture components in Europe. It is a highly experienced producer of furniture grade wrapped profiles, with over 30 years experience supplying the Italian and European market with profiles, components, and furniture produced from profiles.
• The main plant in San Quirino, Italy has over 500,000 square feet of production space equipped with the most advanced machines for DLV door production, including multi-step molding and wrapping equipment, UV finishing lines, and completely automated assembly and packaging lines. The production steps are in turn supported by a large and newly opened automated warehouse.
• Our doors utilize Italian design and technology and are produced to meet and exceed the demanding quality standards of the European kitchen and furniture marketplace, the North American kitchen industry, and the fixture and closet industries.
